Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, meaning adjustments to plans. If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 4 weeks notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 4 weeks prior to the booking date will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 10% of the reserved services or £100, whichever is greater.

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 1 weeks prior to the booking date will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved services.

• An invoice will be raised for the amount due, and payment is required within 7 days.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
